A self-initiated, community-built alert platform I built and run - live at redalert.live. It aggregates the official Home Front Command air-raid feed into a fast, calm dashboard: a live map and alert feed, 24-hour statistics, most-affected localities, and security news - in Hebrew, English, Arabic and Russian.
The Challenge
During emergencies, official alert information is fragmented and slow to find - scattered across apps, channels and languages. People need one calm, fast, trustworthy place that shows what is happening right now, where, and what to do - without ads or noise, and in the language they read.
The Solution
Built a real-time dashboard that aggregates the official Home Front Command feed into a live alert stream and an interactive map, with a 24-hour readout (events, localities alerted, rockets, early warnings), leading affected localities, and a curated security-news panel. A clear national-status indicator (All clear / active), official safety guidance, and full localisation across Hebrew, English, Arabic and Russian make it usable by everyone under pressure. Ad-light and built to stay fast under load.
