By using this website (the “Site”) and any contact forms, chat, or other features, you agree to these Terms of Service. The Site is operated by Kiril Urbonas (“we,” “us,” “agency”).
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not use it to send spam, malware, or misleading information, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data. We may restrict or block access if we believe you have violated these terms.
Contact and projects
Submitting a contact form or using the chat does not create a contract or obligate us to provide any service. Projects and custom work are subject to separate agreements (e.g. proposals, statements of work) agreed in writing. Any estimates or quotes we provide are subject to change until a formal agreement is signed.
Intellectual property
The Site’s design, text, and code are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them without permission. Work we create for you under a separate project agreement will be governed by that agreement.
Disclaimer
The Site and any content are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
