Listing portals show asking prices, not what places actually sold for; the official transaction data exists but is locked in clunky government registries; and the maths (purchase tax, mortgage, appreciation, rent-vs-buy) is scattered across spreadsheets. People make the biggest decision of their lives on advertising and gut feel.

Built a data platform that ingests official sources - the Tax Authority (שע"מ), Central Bureau of Statistics, Bank of Israel and Ministry of Transportation - and turns them into an interactive transaction map (price per m² across 648 neighbourhoods in 131 cities), quarterly price-trend indices with district breakdowns and affordability ratios, side-by-side neighbourhood comparisons (price, quality of life, education, safety), a fair-price validator against comparable recent sales, and a full calculator suite (purchase tax, mortgage, affordability, appreciation tax, rent vs buy). Hebrew-first, colour-coded heat maps, no registration required.
